📖 Jude1:1
Little Pip, a small creature with big, hopeful eyes, sat on a lonely, muted hillside. Wisps of mist drifted past, mirroring the quiet longing in his heart for a place he truly belonged. The vast world felt incomplete, and he often gazed at distant, sun-kissed peaks, wondering if his true home lay beyond.
Suddenly, a warm, golden glow pulsed softly from the valley below. It wasn't blinding, but inviting, like a gentle heartbeat of light. It seemed to call directly to Pip’s spirit, an inexplicable pull, a deep intuition urging him to follow this luminous path, a beacon promising a destination beyond the mist.
Following the glow, Pip journeyed into a vibrant meadow. Bioluminescent flora pulsed with soft light, illuminating gentle, smiling creatures. At its center stood a magnificent, ancient tree, radiating a comforting warmth. As Pip drew near, he felt an overwhelming surge of pure, unconditional love, a soft embrace from the entire world. This was the love of God the Father, surrounding him, filling him with profound peace and the sense of belonging he’d always yearned for.
As evening approached, a playful but unexpected gust of wind swept through the meadow, scattering some delicate light-flowers and causing a momentary shadow to fall. Pip, small and slightly startled, felt a flicker of uncertainty, a tiny worry that the beauty might fade and he might be alone again in the growing twilight.
Just as the shadow lengthened, a serene, shepherd-like figure, gentle and strong, emerged from the ancient tree’s roots, radiating a calm, protective light. This was the care of Jesus Christ, extending a comforting hand towards Pip, gently guiding him towards a sturdy, radiant alcove within the tree’s trunk, shielding him from the playful gusts and restoring the light with a reassuring smile.
Inside the alcove, Pip snuggled against the warm, glowing bark, feeling utterly secure. He realized that even when the wind blew, or shadows danced, he was never truly alone or unprotected. The shepherd-like figure's presence was a constant, vigilant guardian, keeping him safe in a way that made his heart sing with newfound confidence and joy.
The next morning, Pip, now beaming, joined a joyful gathering of other creatures, all basking in the golden glow of the meadow, their hearts full of peace and belonging. They laughed and shared stories, each one knowing they were called, loved, and kept safe. Pip realized this wasn't just a place, but a lifelong journey, eternally embraced by divine love and care. They were home, together. The story of Pip is a beautiful reminder that we are all called by God the Father, who loves us and keeps us safe in the care of Jesus Christ, no matter the journey. "To all who have been called by God the Father, who loves you and keeps you safe in the care of Jesus Christ." Jude 1:1
