Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using 1Verse1Story ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access or use the App.

Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and use the App on your personal devices
• Access and use the App's features for personal, non-commercial purposes

This license does not include the right to resell, modify, reproduce, or distribute the App or its content without our express written permission.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Subscription and Payments

Free Version: The App offers a free version with limited features.

Premium Subscription: Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Refunds: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are subject to our discretion and the policies of the app store through which you purchased your subscription.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the app store. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

AI-Generated Content

1Verse1Story uses artificial intelligence to generate stories based on Bible verses. Please note:

• AI-generated stories are interpretive and supplementary to Scripture
• Stories should not replace study of actual Scripture
• We strive for theological accuracy but cannot guarantee perfection
• You are responsible for verifying theological interpretations with trusted sources

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 1Verse1Story and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content: You retain ownership of stories you generate through the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to use your usage data to improve our services.

Sharing: You may share generated stories for personal, non-commercial purposes. When sharing, we request that you credit 1Verse1Story as the source.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App:

• In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors
• To transmit or procure the sending of advertising or promotional material
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company or another user
• To engage in any automated use of the system
• To interfere with or circumvent security features of the App

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING:

• The accuracy, reliability, or theological correctness of AI-generated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
• The suitability of the App for any particular purpose

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL 1VERSE1STORY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App or delete your account through the app settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting a notice in the App or sending you an email. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts located in [Your Jurisdiction].
